You may wish to correct the file. It took 35 minutes for the MAT file to load, so I peeped at the .pz2. There is a file naming error. The .pz2 is looking for Runtime:Textures: Dusty, but the actual file is Runtime:Textures:!Dusty . Can be easily fixed by removing the exclamation mark in front of the textures folder name.
