I couldn't believe it was a freebie, but there it was: You can find it in Renderoity's free stuff under Laura. Here's four more textures for the HG dress, they're from my collection of antique and oddball textiles. The '1900' is actually wall paper from a 1900s Canadian home goods catalog, for instance.
