This is a cr2 file for the F202 Dollie, containing some number over 35 [I'm not counting] of custom morphs to change her head around. They're not the best, but they definitely expand her functionality. The file is RTEncoded against the MDP-F202.obj file.

NOTE: The MDP-F202 object file used to decode has been remapped to take V3's textures, using the uvs from the site where she is available. The original F202 object file will not decode the RTE file. You must use the remapped version. If you wish her to retain her original mapping for some reason, there is no need to overwrite the object file when remapping it, save it as whatever you want and use it to decode. It will work just the same. However, I highly recommend remapping her [it's quite easy, really] since she has no original textures that I know of, while there are hundreds of V3 textures available, both free and commercial.
