IT's a 2D file. Nothing in 3ds Max 2010 shows up like the render above.

A "non-commercial" license is pretty restrictive. For instance, it's impossible to use this model in a GPL or LGPL licensed game or project, even if the project itself is non-commercial. (It would conflict with the terms of GNU GPL.) Why not consider releasing under more than one license and allow users to choose the license that fits their project?
