In a time that may or may not come:
After the catastrophic loss of both her parents, Shion is forced to become Queen of Masar. As the Hux, the Northern Draconians, and the fox kingdom of Romanova continue to cause problems, the stress drives a wedge between her and her love, Aseska.
Aseska fears for Shion's sanity, already fractured from losing her sister Tianna years ago and their friend Malthus just in the last year.
Even more so, she fears Shion's hardening heart, which may endanger everyone, friend and foe.
