It's just a little thing. I use to actually wear something like this along time ago so I thought it would be cool to make a 3d one and pass it along. Created in 3dsmax from scratch, then imported and converted into a smart prop. It's only got basic materials applied and parented to right index 1. Zip file contains everything needed plus readme. If you downloaded my other stuff it will just go into the same directory when unzipped. Sorry that this and the rest of my props aren't perfect. I've been doing them rather quickly and on the fly.
