this is the basic scene I used for my neon type renders. It is a Bryce 6.1 file. The key to making it work is keeping the objects simple and within the torus. Feel free to improve the idea. Note: keep from using super bright lights and materials because it will take forever to render. The less objects you use the better. This is a physical bryce scene.
