The file was corrupt; the download stoped 3/4th the way to completion.

I think that happened on updating the txt in the zip, I believe it is only a glitch in the size report, and not really as big as it reads If it poses a problem then delete it, or open in note pad then save that should reset the filesize.

There is a problem with the readme file. The size is gigantic and winzip says it's not in the standard zip2.0 format. What do you think.... should I delete it from the archive, or just leave it?

I've asked around and everyone says it works fine in winzip, try downloading again, maybe you didn't get the whole file (9.8m on disk)
