The building presets zip file consists of 3 OBP files created with Bryce 6 and are of 3 differant buildings. These are static props so they have no adjustable features other than size and positioning within a scene. To use, just unzip to folder of your choice and then import the OBP files into your Bryce CREATE / PRESET files.. NOTE: Created wih Bryce 6 so it is unknown how if at all they will work with older versions of Bryce. « Less
