That is part of the Ancient Bison series of models by Billy-T. I bought it in 2002 and the entire set cost me better than $100 - well worth it, I still use them. He doesn't sell them any more, but he sells four bikes on Daz for about $20 each and I'll bet you could do the same parts choosing I did here. If the models were my work, I'd share.
