Your install path in the zip is wrong.
You have PchairPoser before Runtime. What happens is it installs into Poser but not into Runtime and no one can see it when they open Poser. Best way to fix it is take the runtime out of the folder named PchairPoser, Zip it and then rename the zip to PchairPoser. Then it will all fall into place when it is extracted.
