Pulot Inti is a traditional Malay snack. It is made of sticky rice and shredded spiced coconut. The rice is wrapped in a specially-folded banana leaf, and the coconut is arranged on top. This food looks like a rectangular-based pyramid with its top truncated. Bak Chang is a sticky rice dumpling, and may be prepared as a sweet or a savoury, with various types of fillings. The rice and fillings are wrapped in palm leaves and then steamed. The traditional shape of this food is an triangular-based pyramid. Chicken Feet may be served as one of the main courses during Chinese banquets, or as a snack-sized serving for a Dian Xin (or Yum Cha) meal. « Less
