V4 DROW Verin Ssinss -------------------- Author: riveda1972 (riveda.1972@email.it) Last update: 15/June/2009 WHAT'S INCLUDED: Textures and MORs for Daz3D Victoria 4 (V4 Morphs++ NEEDED!) 1 Default drow MAT 1 Gray dark MAT (see above) 5 Eyes colors 3 Elven ears styles + 1 default (Head MOR) + 1 ear reset (human) 1 Head MOR WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED: - Hair used in promo images - V4 character figure and/or V4 morphs++ NOTE ABOUT EYEBROWS VISIBILITY All V4 figure characters come with eyeBrows as a separate item; eyeBrows are invisible by default, so you have to turn them visible, after applying the default MATs. See the HOWTO image. NOTE ABOUT EYEBROWS BUMP/DISPLACEMENT Bump map cannot usefully manage your drow eyebrows. Turn off bump map, if you're using DAZ|Studio, and set instead DISPLACEMENT map, setting strenght, maximum and minimum values as you wish to get a realistic eyebrows hair. Use the transparency map as dispacement map too. See HOWTO image for more hints. NOTE ABOUT DEFAULT GRAY TEXTURE AND DIFFUSE COLORS Dark elves aren't drow only! You may want to render some dark elf with a World of Warcraft look, or with Lodoss War one, or other. Eyebrows are on a different item so you can manage your diffuse/ambient/specular colors upon the gray texture to get the look you wish, without affecting the pure white color of eyebrows. See the promo images for some examples of using colors upon the gray texture.
