This is a mesh delivered in OBJ format in three different geometry resolutions. The mesh weakly follows the same topology of Victoria 4 yet is completely original and intentionally lacking grand design which will encourage progressive learning for those who study this mesh against V4. I am hoping everyone will learn a lot from studying OmniSuit for V4. Please let me know what you think of this mesh; critical and fan-based acclaim appreciated.
