The prop is not parented to any figure, simply load it, size it down or up to your desired size, pose it, and parent it where it shall fit to.
It can be used as anklets, bracelets, a nacklace or whatever you want.

This is one of my first self modeled 3D-objects ever, so if something did not work properly it is surely not your fault, but mine in modeling and
