The M3 Lee, known as the "Grant" to the British in it's modified form saw duty with the British in North-Africa through the lend/lease program, and later with Russian forces as well as American, this tank spawned almost countless variants and modifications, including engineering and bridging vehicals, mine clearance types, and even an armoured recovery vehicle. Standard armaments on early versions were set as 1x 75mm gun, 1x 38mm gun, and 2x .50cal. machineguns, but in combat the origional 75mm gun was found to be under-powered against german armour and poorly placed, limiting it's angles of elevation and traverse. Also it's high profile (due to the machinegun cupola over the turret) made it an easy to spot target for sharp eyed german gunners! The version i have depicted here is an early version M3 Lee type with riveted/welded hull and cast turret. My details may not be completely accurate but i've tried as best i could to present a reasonably correct historical reproduction of the M3 as she appeared during her WW2 years.... Enjoy and happy Rendering!
Included: Obj's for M3 Lee, fit-to cr2's for my M4 sandbags, radial engine and trackskirts (included as part of my origional M4a1 Sherman download), Cr2's for all of these items, and US Olive Drab textures for all plus alternate textures for the British North-Africa campaign against Romel and mat poses to load these alternate textures to the tank and trackskirts!
Features: The model is detailed inside and out, and features drivers hatches that open and close, vehical commanders hatches the open and close, engine hatches that also open, and the turret and weapons mounts can be trained and elevated! This set also includes a set of Cr2's which add the proper radial engine, trackskirts, and cargo (you will need my M4a1 Sherman for these to work)! I've also included mat poses to allow you to change the paint scheme from US Olive drab, to British Desert pattern from the North-African campaign. This model is also compatable with the trackblur prop included with my M4a1 Sherman! (i haven't figured out how to model poseable tracks yet... lol).

Very Impressive!
I'm pretty sure I can find agood use for this!
If you do come up with poses for the tracks...that will be great too... though I'm sure that some of us can also find a way to make it work though.
EXCELLENT WORK! "D
