Here is a model that I made with the new Zbrush 3.0. Download and take a look at the model inside of Zbrush. No fancy tricks here I just started out using the rapid start feature and used the tweak, and standard brushes. At the end for the skin detail I used the standard brush with an alpha and then varied the stoke in the brush settings to get a more random pattern. « Less
