This is just a pose to apply the settings described in this thread at Faeriewylde automatically - http://www.faeriewylde.com/FW3/index.php?topic=1658.0, I lay no claim to the fix itself.
Turn off IE before using the pose or it will not work for the shins.
As the thread indicates it is not a complete fix & you will need to make some adjustments when using it on posed figures, depending on the extremeness of the pose, this pose is basically just a starting point.
Don't forget you will need an unhide parameters script as described in the thread to unhide the translation dials or you will not be able to make any adjustments. « Less
