This package contains the Royal Purple Wise Man costume textures by SB of Stinkbug Studios for Poser World’s Treasure Guard Hat, dynamic Biblical Merchant Cloak, and dynamic Nightshirt (at www.poserworld.com/Home.aspx). This is the last texture package for the costumes for “The Three Wise Men” in SB’s planned animated “dynamic” 2010 Christmas Pageant. The first was Royal Gold (which has 2 versions) and the second was Royal Green. ===
NOTES:
Make sure that “Normals Forward” is checked in the Poser Material Room's Advanced Settings, for the cloak and nightshirt, to prevent black spots from appearing in your renders. ===
If using the Merchant Cloak, set its DYNAMIC FRICTION to 1 to keep it from sliding off of the nightshirt/gown. You might need to play with the Dynamic Controls settings for the cloak for different effects. (In the promo render, the DYNAMIC FRICTION was set to 1, the STATIC FRICTION was set to 1, and the rest of the Dynamic Controls had their default settings.) ===
Also, it might not hurt to make the cloak a tad “thicker” and “wider” so that it will have a better fit over the nightshirt which, to me, appears to be fuller than the merchant gown (that it was originally intended to go over). For example, in the promo render, both the cloak and nightshirt are M3’s (on M4). The NIGHTSHIRT is scaled at 100% for X, Y, and Z. The CLOAK is scaled at 100% for Y (the height) -- BUT it is scaled at 106% for X (the width) and 106% Z (the depth). ===
Make sure that the Diffuse Value of the nightshirt is set to WHITE and do NOT use the bump map that comes with the original nightshirt texture. ===
Also, set the Diffuse Value of the hat to WHITE. (I left this out of the read-me but I am sure most of you already know that you need to do this.) ===
Do NOT use the highlight map that comes with the original hat texture. ===
