It is allowed to use it for commercial use too. For noncommercial use only it would be the Creative Commons BY-SA-NC, The NC is the restriction for "non commercial". Creative Commons with BY-SA as i used means only "Attribution-Share Alike". So feel free to use it for commercial works and/or modifications too! (Unfortunately ShareCG didn't support CC-licenses yet).

Great boat!
I wonder about the designation "Usage Rights: Unrestricted use" when in the download you say that the files are published under the Creative Commons BY-SA License, therefore not for commercial use etc. Just want to get the usage rights correct.
