Add David 3's body morphs to Michael 4. Just decode with ps_mr092_d3bodymorph.exe from Daz3d.com, and rtencodepy-win-1.0.0. Then unrar, and add this runtime to the runtime where your Michael 4 base cr2 is located. The M4D3 character will accept all of Michael 4's, Hiro 4's, and Freak 4's morphs. Just make sure that you have not altered the base Michael 4 cr2, except via Daz3d.com' s updates. Also, it's a good idea not to overwrite the original M3D3 character, you added a morph, etc to. « Less
