What an amazing amount of work you've put into this project! Thank you very much for sharing it so generously. :D

It is a big download. One reason it is in three parts. The geometry is actually quite streamlined. Considering the number of items and the size of the Keep, it is quite modest in its size computer wise. It has probably close to 200 CR2s, furniture and scene elements for a 13 floor medieval keep.
