more »The boarding house I'd previously posted, much improved, Well, I think so anyhow. Every part is now a separate prop, hide walls, floors, roof, anything. New upper floor, the old one was a real mess. Modified lower floor, new roof, much better to my eye. The roof is the only thing that's been put through UVmapper to make it behave. All materials still through Poser material room, DAZ users should be able to work around that without too much problem.
Free, no restrictions, redistribution included, just would be nice if my username was mentioned with it, not a requirement as long as you don't call it your own.
If you have downloaded my older boarding house, this will replace that, but should leave the other props from the other updates. The old files have been removed from sharecg, this one is that much better.
