IMHO, this is an excellent example of how to do mid-distance props & scenes *right*. You've done in ~350 Kb what I've just seen calling an 8 Mb mesh *plus* 30 MB PNG texture...
( I converted PNG to JPG, exported as grey-scale, too, applied both to ground-plane as material and displacement maps... )
