Interestingly, most pulp fiction heroines were "wild women" likely to be seen in jungle or space climes rather than in the city. An exception was "The Domino" (Bones), who appeared in a few stories in her very hot cocktail dress, black cape, and domino mask to use her pretty six shooters on some corrupt politician backside, and then vanished.
Betty Page was considered a pulp heroine, there were stories featuring the glamour gal!
