Hi this is the second add on for the Basement Construction Set (Original product here: http://www.renderosity.com/mod/bcs/basement-and-subway-construction-set-by-3-d-c/84866 this is a propped end wall loading to the end set of the set. The gutter is detachable. Four add on mats delivered to match to the textures that come with the set. Instructions in the readme.
