1. This is a street scene I have done in pencil from a small rural town dating from an early Pilgrim's era. The town is called Pilgrim's Rest, South Africa and is one of our greater tourist attractions. Every building in this town relates to that period. There is also a small country style church where people can get married in a romantic wedding setting! :)
2. Pastel sketch of the 'Royal Hotel' in Pilgrim's Rest, South Africa. Many of the annex buildings up the only road forms part of the hotel and can be used as guest rooms/houses. My daughter and I lived for a week holiday in such an annex house, all set in a country style ... from furniture up to bath tub and all!
These images were photographed as they are originally done on A3 sized paper and couldn't fit my scanner which makes the copies quality weak.
