Such fluently moves are very RARE!
Here is a good idea that helped me here, when you get a bad rating call the person out in the comments if they leave no constructive critism, I had this with a character named Charmy a while back, I started calling them out, each and every time, it stopped after that, and it gives us a heads up as to who the A$$HAT is.
