Of course not. Not really, anyway. I used a computer program called "Photoshop" to remove the head of the blue teddy bear, and placed it aside for a moment. I then (very gently) removed the little baby's head and placed it on the shoulders of the headless bear! To finish the job, where else could I put that bear-head but on the poor baby's little body. Voila! A dull family picture is spiced up into a carnival freak show attraction: "The Bear-Headed Baby!" « Less
