Tippy, I use Marvelous Designer 2 (marvelousdesigner.com) personal edition for the moment. I am hoping to be able to afford the pro edition when it comes out for Mac. =D They have a free 30 day trial, so if you know how to sew give it a shot. It's an AWESOME tool.
