I kinda made the walls so thin as a shortcut, rather than for any architectural reasons. It was simply quicker to model them this way. The walls are really only supposed to be seen from the inside, or from the outside, so you don't really see how thin they are in an actual render.
I deliberately made the door frame thicker as you need more depth there.
I did give the floor a more …
I notice that on a lot of building sets. I had a couple of years of architectural studies, so I know what goes into building a supportable structure and there isn't an existing more …
I was kinda working on the principal that if you didn't have a port pipe set on this scene, you wouldn't have them on any scene.
I am planning to do a download purely of pipes, with end caps and corners in it to solve the problem that you mentioned.
I see a little snagg with this part of the hallway
if it is put in with the rest of the system
and we use both sides of piping along the walls
they will end in open ends for this section to be in between them 'cause there's no pipes around the door
at least not that I can see
can you also make a section that has an end of pipes box on the more …
I've got another section with a door at the end half built (The UVs have been giving me trouble), and I'm going to do a viewing window\dome, too.
