PontiAnak Doll - Prop Version. For Poser use. Created by Juniper Chew, 2011 October 23. Mesh created using Shade 10 Standard and Poser Pro 2010. Texturing was done with GIMP and Shade 10 Standard. Other software used during creation process include UVmapper by Stephen L Cox, GeomStripper by J Hoagland. This is a static prop. The textures and reference geometry are in the same folder as the prop. The PontiAnak is a horrible female vampire of South-East Asian legend, variously credited with killing women in childbirth and snatching the newborn infant, or seducing men while they make their way home at night and then killing them by consuming their innards. In the village where there is little or no electricity to light homes in the evenings, engulfed by a cloak of darkness, surrounded with the sounds of nocturnal creatures in the tropical jungle, one's mood may be sensitized to the plausibility of PontiAnak approaching, lurking outside one's wooden hut, ready to strike.
