The 13 Days of Halloween:
“The Scariest Songs”
Hi Folks! Here is my suggestion for Number 9: What’s yours?
#9: Werewolves of London
Warren Zevon, 1978
Same Set Playlist:
Bark at The Moon – Ozzy Osbourne
Bad Moon Rising – Creedence Clearwater Revival
Atomic Dog – George Clinton
"If you hear him howling around your kitchen door
Better not let him in
Little old lady got mutilated last night
Werewolves of London again"
Lots of women are attracted to a man with a little bit of canis lupis in him. Many of these ladies believe that catching one with a college pedigree from New Haven (Connecticut), Athens (Georgia), or a certain fraternity founded in Washington, DC can be an excellent career move. But adding the wrong kind of lunar lust can turn him into a doggone dangerous dude. A full moon and a half mutt make a lethal mix. And that’s true whether it’s Winter in England or Summer in Northern Michigan. (I’ll take Warren Zevon’s original keyboard melody over Kid Rock’s remake every time.)
Thanx to the artists at Renderosity.com, 3Dcommune, Daz 3D, Archive3D.net, and ShareCG, whose props were used in the composition of this image. Also thanks to Diego Martinez Castaneda for allowing free use and remix editing of the Flickr photo used as the background scene for this image.
