Sometimes, on the night of October 31, I answer the doorbell wearing my tuxedo and a Mardi Gras mask, with my hands on my hips and “Time Warp” blaring on the music system in the background. Of course, it scares the daylights out of all but the bravest of the little tykes, so I get to keep their shares of the treats. Once I dressed in a black glittery Danskin with matching tap dance shoes, a top hat, and a red bow tie; I didn’t bother to shave my legs. That year the candy lasted all the way to New Year’s Eve. ;-D (By the Way: How many of you know that there really is a dance called The Madison?)
