The model loads without problems in Poser (Pro 2012). As any import model the textures and size require the usual tweaking, nothing special. Once imported into Poser the model could easily be modified into a Poser prop, it's what I do for my own freebies. One inconvenience : behind transparent windows the walls become visible. Only solution I see is to dig out the appropriate holes, making a more …

You're being way too harsh. This is really a nice model and textures are easy to change. As you show in your render it can be cloned into an entire neighbor and all you need to do is add details...
