i tried again. Pose to make her pregnant does not work but the body position poses work.
Maybe better to make pregnant Morph as injection morph because like you have it is not working...still invisible in Poser but position poses ok.
Also, position poses must be abbreviated. Name with Runtime Folder Path bad idea creats problem.
Runtime\Libraries\Character\!satyress\statyress_preg.png
It did not work. Files were invisible in Pose folder in Poser7. But when looking at folder in browser can be seen ok.
I tried shortening them to this sample:

Still did not work. Not sure why but I wanted more …
