I've had a couple of requests for the snowman I used in the mini-contest (the 1 hr render) on the DAZ forums. (Yes, Perlk, more than just you... :D) So without much further ado... Here he is. The snowy ground prop is a simple, moderately subdivided plane, so the displacement works nicely. The snowman is UV mapped, but no textures applied simply the bump map (which is set to load by the pp2). I used the map on the displacement channel in DS3 for the render. I also set the refraction to 1.31 (that of ice) with a pale blue color and a strength of 50%. The render was done inside a large cube (to cut off all outside light and provide a 'backdrop') with a single spotlight on the snowman. Deep shadow map and the shadow softness was at 100%. He should work in both DS and Poser... And as usual, no redistribution, but everything else is fine. « Less
