This is a set of .dsa shaders made for Kaleya's Mary - The Little Match Girl for Victoria 4.  I've done my best to recreate the frozen shader for skin and lashes with some sparkle.  This requires the Human Surface Shader and UberSurface in DAZ Studio to work and was designed in DAZ Studio 4.  The picture shows Genesis, but this should work on V4 also.  The original product is for sale at Renderosity and can be bought here:
