A while back I had some products that wouldn't work because of a glitch in DAZ studio versions. I am using DAZ Studio Pro 4.0.3.47 (32 bit) on Windows Vista and Windows 7. Tested my files on both and they work. I don't know if these would work on XP or Mac. One more thing, you might need to have Wilmap's files in their default locations instead of a custom file more …
It doesn't happen very often, but sometimes a file is corrupted during the download. You could try downloading again and reinstall. The other thing could be DAZ 4 version compatibility (probably even less likely).
