The Avalon collection was one of the first publicly available collection of 3D models. It dates back 20 to 25 years ago at least. One it closed down, 3Dcafe.com got the rights to the entire collection. I just visited the site and I see no sign of it there any more. Sorry, I cannot be of more help.
