...he let his eyes wander over the smooth hills and shallow creeks of his homeworld Ishtara, as it appeared in all its splendour. The sinking suns, casting a dim mixture of golden light and shadows all over the land, like heralds for doom somehow made him think of his perilious mission. Would he ever see his family again?
