Mooncakes are sweet-savoury confections traditionally eaten during the Mid-Autumn Festival, an occasion celebrated in Singapore and other places with communities of Chinese ancestry.  In the traditional version of the recipe, the outer layer of the mooncake is made of mashed bean pastry, while the central core may be of red bean paste, lotus seed paste or sesame seeds, candied melon strips, ham, and almonds.  Popular among older people these days, are the fillings with lotus seed paste and salted egg yolks.  Younger consumers prefer the colourfully-skinned contemporary interpretations made of chocolate or ice cream, and filled with western liquors or other modern ingredients.

Notes:  

I have only included a rudimentary material setting for the Mooncake.  

The prop will load close to the level of the Poser ground plane; please adjust the height to whatever is suitable for your scene.  

I have not made a highly detailed classical Chinese motif for the decoration on the top of the mooncake, as is the done thing in the Real World; my design is just a notional freehand motif. 

Poser Debut does not have a smoothing function for rendering, as far as I can see.  I reccomend you use smoothing for this prop, if you are rendering in a version of Poser which allows such.
