Using a light's shadow camera is the easiest way to aim it.  But if you've got a lot of lights, especially lights that have been renamed, it may not be obvious which camera goes with which light.

Here are two short Python scripts.  One of them simply lists the shadow cameras and tells you what light is assigned to it.

The other script goes one step further and renames the shadow cameras to the same name as the light which uses it.  No more confusion!

So, feel free to rename your lights to whatever best describes them, then run the renaming script to make the shadow cams match.

Note: only tested in Poser Pro 2012.  No guarantees, and no tech support.
