Thanks for your reply. I reloaded and again everything is showing up in Daz as it should, but whether I double-click, drag or select 'merge with', I'm now getting "some assets can't be read". But this is happening with everything I've tried from ShareCG, including a couple of your other creations (all quality stuff, by the way!), while everything I have from Daz more … |

To get the boots to fit Genesis, all you need to do is select Genesis, and then double click on the icon for the boots and they will fit to Genesis feet. There is nothing missing and no other files needed |

I only joined this site last night via having just started with DS4.6 and I downloaded a series of files all stating Genesis compatible, including these boots. All found their way to the correct folder and were visible where they should be in DS4.6, but when I tried to merge them into a new scene, every one of them got a 'file cannot be found' notice. Am I missing an add-on or something more … |

OK, just found a solution. It's because of the type of Sub Division that is used in DS4.6. Got to Parameters and select Mesh Resolution/SubDivisionAlgorith and change to Catmull-Clarke (Legacy) this should make the spike disappear. Hope this works for you. |

Chacornac - I can't relicate that problem, so I don't know how to fix it for you. Will see if anyone else has the same problem. |

Bonjour, depuis peu, une pointe sort du revers de la botte et qui s'allonge quand on déplace Genesis ** Hello, recently, a piece out of the top of the boot and which stretches when moving Genesis ? |

Issue in previous email solved. If that happens to you, change the Catmark to Catmull-Clark (legacy) in the Mesh Resolution in Parameters. Thanks, Wendy! |

I love them! But in DAZ Studio 4.6 I get a funky extra spike going from the boot cuff to the origin. Do you know how I can get rid of that? |
