Greetings!  Welcome to another installation of my pulp cover series. 

this cover portrays another of the vast and varied number of inexpensive adventure comics created for young audiences.  This particular one deals with the titular scientist hero attempting to defeat his arch enemy, an evil inventor, and rescue his long lost daughter.
