What are these:

How do they work.
You need to import them as OBJ. For Daz Studio I imported them in at about 500%  I did not flip any axis (e.g X is X, Y is Y, Z is Z), from there I had to rotate and fit them around the foot and adjust the scale as needed. The center point is the center of the model There are three surfaces. Surface for the Sole, Strap for the Straps, Metal for the Clasp.

Once you get the "fit" looking right parent them to the figures foot and they will move to the figure. in Daz Studio you can do this by going to the content pane and selecting the JellyLeft or JellyRight model you imported in and drag them to V4's left or right foot respectively. If I made the left foot the right foot and vice versa I'm tired and dyslexic.
