First of all, the house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, attached 2 car garage with workshop off to the side; the kitchen and great room share an open floor plan with a fireplace and 12' ceiling; there is a separate formal dining room; all bedrooms have access to the various terraces; a laundry/utility room top off the main house. There is an additional guest/pool house out back along side the outdoor pool! This small house has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, laundry, kitchen and living room.
