Tunic style dress for V4 --3 styles; long, short and short with gathered sleeves.  This is essentially the Peplos dress with sleeves added.
Poser smart-prop parented to Victoria 4.

Poser Cloth Room dynamic clothing... constraints are already applied to the waistband. Everything else will move in simulation.
The neck opening is wide, so if you don't want it falling off one shoulder (or both!), add a little area of contraints to the shoulder(s).
Preview image shows default cloth material settings; I would suggest adjusting this, if you know how, for finer draping.
