I did ask that, if the geometry was redistributed, the redistributor own a copy of the tut that I used to make the dress (the bust area is distinctive), but that one modeling tutorial doesn't cost a whole lot. I would have checked "unrestricted" here, but I didn't want anyone redistributing the rigging or textures since they don't belong to me. :-)

Hey, static, thank you. :-) I'm glad you like it. I hadn't planned to release another version of this but if you look at the ReadMe, there are really no hard and fast restrictions on the geometry -- so if someone else wants to make a V4 or Genesis version, it's ok with me. (cont.)

I just found this, and noted that it is a conforming dress, which means I can use it in DAZ Studio 4.6! I've been looking for a dress of this type, and this one looks awesome! Thank you, big time!

Have just added a set of textures for this lovely dress. In Daz format only I'm afraid, but the textures can be added manually in Poser I think.

And I'm sorry you're having problems with the skirt -- it might be that skirt is not so finely tuned! :-))) Anyway, I put in the ReadMe, that if someone wanted to re-rig this for DS users, it was ok. So maybe someone will. :-)

Well. I played with the dress some more and see now that it's working perfectly fine on it's own, including handles. But any attempts to autofit it to genesis or even poser's version of Down in daz studio are ruining all the fine tuned rigging, of the skirt especially:/

Your dress is truly gorgeous Jan. Will you be by any chance making clothes for Genesis family or more for Generation4? I'd love to hear how hcorissa and lorraineopua used it in Daz. I loaded the outfit. Normal rigging of the upper parts is fine more or less but skirt handles aren't working at all. There is something with weightmaps in some places. Autofitting on genesis is not right. more …

Jan, thank you for this beautiful and very stylish dress. I am glad to hear that it works perfectly in DS4.6 as Poser I rarely use although I have it. I just tried the dress and it works beautifully in Daz 4.6; the auto-fit tool transformed it perfectly.

You're welcome. :-) Has anyone tested it yet? The last thing I put up at Rendo ended up with a faulty obj, so I'm a wee tad anxious. I tested this three times, but you never know. Also, the skirt looks much better subd'd once. I explained how to do that in the ReadMe. :-)
