It's ali's Hr-050, available from mankahoo.com. I tried to link but ShareCG apparently thinks I'm a spammer. :( If you're using Genesis (as I am) you have to smart-prop the hair and manually adjust it to her head in order to preserve the braid's bones, but it's worth it... nice, everyday braids are not so easy to find.
